Shipping
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed — it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders placed online take 1 to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please notice, all orders placed after 17:30 pm will be shipped next day.

Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is kindly covered by the sender.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pay your attention: Since we are not the manufacturer of the products, in case of any damage to an item in the space — including accidental damage — the client compensates for the loss in the amount of the item’s value.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please carefully inspect the item before returning it.
If the product shows any signs of wear, we will not be able to accept the return.
In this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the process might take up to 10 business days.
