Inspired by Malevych's Ukrainian village, this Christmas ornament is crafted from glass and hand-painted.
The silhouettes of peasants are endless repetitions of geometric figures, with inspiration drawn from memories of the Ukrainian village and the places where the artist grew up. Even the main colors – white, black, and red – seemed to have migrated to his works from Ukrainian embroidery.
