The Odesa region is characterised by a combination of geometric ornaments of different structures and techniques.
This was often further emphasised by contrasting colours. The surface stitch embroidery technique gives the ornament elements a characteristic elongated shape. Restrained ornaments on such shirts could be complemented by multi-coloured crosses or beads.
Care:
- Should be washed by hand in cold water up to 30C or dry clean.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Linen items should be ironed at a high temperature of up to 200C using steam
